I think you need to acknowledge that the Democrat party is the prime mover of the disinformation regime. FBI censors information on the Hunter laptop based on lies they make up - nobody actually thought it was Russian disinformation, except for the general public.
The control of print and video news media by the Democrats allows them to set an agenda, condition how it is presented, insert their own falsehoods, and then present their own version of reality, disguised as expert opinion.
Half of the country still believes in Russian Collusion as fact. A quarter of them probably still believe the pee tape exists. And their lies spread around the world before they can be refuted.
I see things very differently. Collusion did occur, specifically via Paul Manafort and his handoffs of critical campaign information to a Russian spy in conjunction with the ‘Mauripol peace plan’ for Ukraine. I wrote about that here, thoroughly citing my sources.
The Senate and Mueller investigations documented that Manafort passed this info to a Russian spy in clandestine meetings while they were dumping dirt on Hillary gathered via state spycraft. This seems to me proof positive collusion occurred. I’m not sure any other logical explanation that passes any sniff test.
And regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop, there most certainly is Russian disinformation. The GOp House just got thoroughly embarrassed by it. See:
